Redelivery & Refunds
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second delivery to be made (e.g. no one available) we will attempt to redeliver and you will not be charged. However, a redelivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts. If we are responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.

We will investigate the issue and where applicable, we will process a refund to you.
Any refunds for orders will be processed asap and are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds are at the discretion of WellFii and it may take approximately 7 business days for a refund to show on your statement.
