- Please make absolutely sure that the code is going into the box correctly, without any extra digits, spaces or typos. If there are any zeroes in your code, you may want to try them as o's, and vice versa. We recommend copying and pasting the codes directly, making sure that no extra spaces are included.  If that doesn't work, it may be that your code is invalid or not available to use. QUESTION: How to know if the payment transaction is successful?

- Successful transactions will receive a confirmation email. Please check your email account’s spam or junk folder to ensure the message was not filtered. You may also check if you have received the confirmation message in "Order History" inside “My account” on the upper right corner.  If you can't get your payment to go through, and you're sure you've input all of your details correctly, it may be that your card provider has put a block on internet transactions or that there's a problem with your card. You might want to try using an alternative method of payment or a different credit card.

 

QUESTION: How can I get an invoice for my order?

 - WellFii system would auto-generate an "Order Confirmation" E-mail to the customer after placing an order with detailed purchased date, order number, purchased items, delivery arrangement and payment amount. The customer could refer the order details anytime through the E-mail content.

 

QUESTION: How to delete my WellFii Account?

Please note that all the information will be lost once your account is deleted. It would be unable to recover and related orders are non-refundable.  If you agree with the above terms and conditions, please contact us and provide the information.  We will terminate your account in 5-7 working days once received your confirmation.
